Science World is holding a series of four workshops, once a month, for home learners, which basically cover these four topic areas.

1. Growing food
2. Rain forest
3. Solar energy
4. Decomposition

Home learners can sign up on a drop in basis, or for the series of four workshops. Drop in is $12 and the series purchased as a package is $34.

Karen, one of our Garibaldi Moms, has arranged for this series to be held specifically for Garibaldi Home Learners. These workshops will be on Thursdays at 3:00 p.m.

For the Garibaldi sessions to go ahead, Science World needs 5 to 10 more families to sign up to make it viable for them.

If you would like to use your allotment for this, please call me and I will register your child. If you won’t be using allotment funds to join the program, simply call Science World and let them know you wish to sign up the the Thursday at 3:00 p.m. Fall Program for Home Learners.
