The City of Vancouver will host a stamp launch on February 25th to recognize Black History Month. Baseball legend Ferguson Jenkins and the grand daughter of Carrie Best, Christene Best, will be in attendance.

Prior to the stamp launch at the library, Mr. Jenkins will also make an appearance at the Vancouver Main Post office at 349 West Georgia Street on February 25th from 3 to 4 pm to sign autographs. Hope to see you there!
