Nonnahs the Viking here  (The students decided that our first names spelled backwards make fabulous Viking names!) with a few words about our Viking program.

First of all; a great big THANK YOU to everyone who has donated items from our list of  needed supplies for our Vikings!  program.  The students are enjoying learning about the peoples who went “a-viking” to explore, raid and trade and our classroom is slowly transforming into our own Vinland, or maybe Isle of Berk.

We are still in need of a few items in order to start a couple of our projects:  cardboard milk cartons (2L size if possible) and plastic milk jugs, and any pieces of plain fabric you might have.
