Garibaldi participates in the annual national UNICEF Day campaign “Helping Kids Everywhere”.  All the students in the school are provided with envelopes to participate in the campaign.  Funds raised contribute to health and education around the world.  For instance, as little as $10.00 can provide pencils and books for a classroom in a developing nation.  Through education and the provision of heath basics such as clean water for a community, we help build a better future for children around the world.  People can also contribute online by going to www.unicef.ca/oct31 and clicking on the Garibaldi Annex School webpage.  Envelopes will be placed in your files.
